We come to you, or we offer mediaton suites in London (218 Strand), Manchester (64 Bridge Street) or Taunton (Blackbrook Park).

This scheme is designed to offer parties a high quality service which includes the mediator’s fees, preparation, the venue and administration support. This service is available every day, you just need to advise us of the date you have agreed with the other party and we will sort out all the arrangements.

The scheme is primarily designed for commercial, property, personal injury, employment, construction, government, business and finance but the fees and rules equally apply to any area of law. At Clerksroom, we take the view we are here to help you and welcome any opportunity to put forward a solution. Just let us know the date you would like and where you would like it to take place. We will sort out everyting else and confirm to each party in writing with the mediation agreement and our mediation guide.

Key points are: 

• The parties agree a date (10am to 5pm) and contact Clerksroom 
• Clerksroom confirm availability of rooms in London, Manchester or Taunton if required 
• Clerksroom appoint a qualified mediator from their list 
• Mediation agreements and fixture notices are issued 
• Invoices are raised for £500 + VAT per party 
• Parties return signed agreement and payment 
• Parties submit papers to the mediator 
• Preparation of 2 hours is included
